The grandeur of this gorgeous property was breathtaking! Its in a perfect location with walking distance to the White House, the Capital, and the other memorial buildings, including restaurants and a short driving distance to Georgetown. All the staff were amazing! From the security, doormen, desk staff, and Benjamin Bar servers! This historic post office building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very wide and spacious, bathrooms are large with such much detail! Loved the 3 closet spaces! Extremely pristine and clean! Loved this hotel and he experience of my stay!

Everything. Our first time staying and it was beyond our dreams. The staff made us right at home and was excellent with our 10 year old boy and 7 month old girl. Jennifer and other staff members did miracles on getting us thing's we asked about. The gentleman out front that help with the vehicles and luggage- was the best ever!!! We really couldn't have asked for better staff to be around. The trump hotel is the prettiest we have ever seen and did not disappoint.

The hotel is best of the best , every stuffs are supper nice and loyalty to each position. If you have any question , you can ask any workers there and get a response or service very soon and cooperative . The atmosphere there is not luxury but elegant accompanied by beautiful music . They serve nice afternon tea every Friday , Saturday and Sunday only , reservation needed.

I liked that the staff went out of their way to accommodate me being in a wheelchair. i loved loved loved the room 735 in the corner, the view was breath taking as i am shortness of breath just thinking about it. the in room service was superb with vegan choices. Overall my satisfactory level with the establishment was off the charts.

All of the staff made us aware that they were completely available without being obtrusive. The Observatory on top was like the cherry on top 🍒 and honestly one of the best places we went on our trip! A view without rival, the interesting history, and the ride up/down ❤️
